I had no major issues while living here and the staff was always happy to help and friendly. Even after I left they helped me with transition items.

As far as waking up and having a view of the world goes -- this place is great. The property manager, in particular, is wonderful. I’d highly recommend at least taking a look here if you are in the market for a place to live, especially if you enjoy being near the water.

I have lived here a few years and I recently transitioned to a larger apartment. I am very happy with my experience. The neighbors are friendly even one of the neighbors who has a moving company helped.

I rented an apartment at the Panomar on the 3rd floor for six months, before I was transferred back to Europe. I absolutely loved the building, the location and the bright, modern apartment itself (the view of the Marina and sure doesn’t hurt either). Angie, the building manager, is both charming and incredibly helpful. I would definitely recommend taking a look at the Panomar: it’s a great place to live, in a lovely quiet neighborhood!

This review is specifically for our experience while touring the Panomar with Angie. She was so delightful and upbeat, providing refreshments along the way, we felt so welcomed and comfortable. I had the pleasure of meeting Angie at Panomar and take a guided tour of Panomar with Angie. Angie took her time to answer all my questions and take me not only to the unit but also show me the roof top, fitness room, package lockers and bike locker. Gave me a lot of information about the area, which was so helpful since I am from MI and do not know the area at all. My move has been postponed until sometime in 2023, but once I know when I will be moving I will be reaching out to Angie. Thank you Angie so much for your outstanding costumer service you provided me.

I contacted Angie the other day and wanted to leave a review because she was so much more helpfull then any of the other people i spoke to about my apartment search. Have been living here for two and a half years and couldnâ??t be happier. The location is fabulous on the water a true hidden gem. Management is the best. All our needs and service is spot on. After moving from Miami Beach to Alameda at the Panomar apartments has brought me much happiness and Iâ??ve never looked back. I am a previous resident at Panomar and absolutely loved living here. The view was just amazing and close to everything yet just far enough away. I was so sad when i got a job relocation because I just loved living at Panomar and the office staff there has always been amazing. I officially have my keys to my new apartment at Panomar and I couldn't be more excited to move in. The Property Manager, Jenn, has made the process so great. As a fellow Property Manager I know what it takes to run buildings and her attention to service and warm welcoming way does not go unnoticed. She is very thoughtful and eager to help with anything you need. Tim the maintenance manager is also really great. Keeping everything in tip top shape. The apartments are really nice with great views. The location is great. We would highly recommend living here.

I’ve lived at the Panomar for three years and love it. Peaceful location and right next to Oakland and SF. Jennifer is fantastic — always friendly and helpful. And check out this view.

I just want to thank the Apartment complex and the leasing office woman who had a package wrongly delivered there and called my employer so I can come get it. This was a lifesaver even though she did not know it or have to do that. Thanks so much and hope to hear from her personally to thank her again! The staff here has been wonderfully helpful and all of my asks have been addressed quickly and professionally. I chose Panomar over other apartments in the area primarily because of the view and the air quality. Yes, the views are stunning, but the air flow in the building is unique in that none of the apartments face inland. The back side of the building is a giant air grate (for lack of a better description) which allows airflow *into* the bedrooms and out the gigantic patio doors on each of the patios. This means the air in your apartment is constantly refreshed, and with the sea fog and advection layers absorbing smoke particles, I've found this to be the cleanest air in the Bay area. With the recent updates, the kitchens boast GAS ranges, stainless lined dishwashers and Samsung split door refrigerators. Tons of storage in the kitchen. Tough wood floors. Quiet neighbors. Sound proofing between floors. Steps away trash chutes. Huge patios with glass rails. Plugs everywhere. Stunning views. I could go on, but I've got to get to grilling steak tonight on the roof with the kids. They love the place I picked!

Great place to live a very quiet and beautiful part of the Bay Area! Close to lots of walking trails along the water and wonderful for anyone who enjoys biking.

I would definitely recommend renting an apartment from here. It has an exceptional view, all amenities, easy access to Alameda/Oakland, and easy parking. Very quiet neighborhood too!

Panomar apartments are a great place to live. Itâ??s very easy to get to San Francisco and the veiw is amazing! Carissa is always very friendly and helpful when needed. Highly recommend.

I love Panamar Apartments! They have monthly resident events that Carissa Kumar takes into her hands to do. They always turn out absolutely amazing.
