What are the lease terms?
12 Months. Please call to discuss other lease terms available.
What does it cost to move in?
$600.00 Deposit On Approved Credit and Prorated Rent for move in Month.
Are utilities included in the cost?
Residents will pay for their own electric through Alameda Power and Telecom at 510-748-3900. Residents will be billed by Panomar for the water, sewer, trash, gas, and heat. There is a $3.00 Monthly Fee and a One Time $25.00 Activation Fee.
What's your pet policy?
75 lbs, including breed restrictions. Additional $500.00 Pet Deposit and $50.00 Monthly Pet Rent. Please call for details.
What is your guest policy?
You may have overnight guests for no more than 7 nights in any month, and no more than two overnight guests at a time unless we provide specific approval. You must obtain our prior written consent to change Residents or add additional Occupants within the Residence.
Do you require apartment renters insurance?
Yes, we require Renter's Insurance with a minimum of $100,000 in persoanl liability with "Panomar Apartments" listed as a additional insured party.
How do I pay the rent?
You may pay the rent online through our portal or bring a payment into the Leasing Office.
How are repairs taken care of, especially in an emergency?
Residents can submit work orders through our online portal sytem, via email or calling into the Leasing Office. In an emergency situuation, resident may call 510-775-1715, Otion 3, and they will be connected to our after-hours answering service who will connect with our Maintenance Supervisor who lives on site.
Is there public transportation nearby?
Yes, we are within walking distance to AC Transit, transfer to BART, Amtrak in Oakland, and Casual Carpool to San Francisco in Alameda
How often does rent go up? By how much?
Rent may go up once per year. City of Alameda allows a minimum of 2.8% Rent Increase after 12 months.
What is the parking situation?
Open parking area in front of the apartment building with about 190 spaces. Reserved Parking is avaIlable for $50.00 month or Tandem Parking for $75.00
Are there plans to update the building?
Building is Fully Upgraded with a Bike Cage recently installed
Is there a penalty for breaking my lease?
2 Month Penalty Fee
